BYLAWS COMMITTEE 2011-2012
The Bylaws Committee considers written requests to update or change the Foundation bylaws as well as putting forth changes as directed by the Foundation board. Formal adoption of any bylaws changes occurs at either of the two semi-annual meetings of the full Board of Trustees.
