AUDIT COMMITTEE 2011-2012

The Audit Committee works independently of the board and works closely with the CPA firm retained by the Foundation to accurately check and reflect the activities, fund raising, expenses, and accounting of the Foundation and the Foundation office.  The Audit Committee is charged with seeing that the Foundation and all its efforts are under compliance with applicable laws and regulations, both state and federal, and maintains fiscally sound practices as to the accounting for all funds.
