Grants Approved in Cycle II 2010-2011 ($50,249):
1) Kiwanis Club
of Dunedin (Div 12) - $10,000 to assist in building the Kiwanis Sprayground (a water park);
2)Kiwanis Club of Avalon Park (Div 10) - $10,000 to aid in the purchase of a van to transport low income children to medical clinics;
3) Division 13 - $10,000 to aid in t he purchase of a van to transport children to the Proton Therapy Clinic;
4) Kiwanis Club of Panama City (Div 2) - $5,000 as second part of a $10,000 request for aid in constructing an afterschool assistance program facility;
5) Kiwanis Club of Kendall (Div26) - $9,000 to rehabilitate a Community Center / playground / A-V for Auditorium;
6) Kiwanis Club of Miami (Div 26) - $5259 to purchase scoreboards and backboards for Boys & Girls Club of Miami/Dade;
7) Kiwanis Club of Pinecrest (Div 26) - $1990 to purchase Rosetta Stone software for computer lab to help teach English to 100+ migrant children.

Grants Approved in Cycle I 2010-2011 ($29,600):
1) Kiwanis Club of Largo (Div 12) - $4,100 to purchase an obedience dog for the City of Largo police.
2)Kiwanis Club of Panama City (Div 2) - $5,000 for aid in constructing an afterschool assistance program facility ($10,000 requested, $5,000 deferred);
3) Kiwanis Club of Stuart (Div 16) - $5,000 for specialty equipment for multisensor stimulation room at ARC Family Resource Center;
4) Kiwanis Club of Siesta Key (Div - 18N) - $2,500  for purchase of 18' Junior Lifeguard Trailer;
5) Kiwanis Club of Homestead/South Dade (Div 26) - $5,000 to build safe playground for Open House Ministry;
6) Kiwanis Club of Tallahassee Southside (Div 3) - $8,000 to purchase furniture and equipment for use at Children's Home Society;
Grants Approved in Cycle I 2009-2010 ($20,042):
1) Kiwanis Club of Eau Gallie Suntree (Division 11) –  $1,000 for "Kids Closets" for student emergencies; 2) Kiwanis Club of Bartow (Division 15) –  $4,000 for special lift assisting persons with physical impairments at horse riding academy; 3)Kiwanis Club of Manatee Sunrise (Division 17) –  $8,315 for purchase of new concession trailer used in fundraising; 4) Kiwanis Club of Bradenton (Division 17) – $5,000 for computer, communications equipment, and accessories to PAL technology lab; 5) Singer Island Sunrise (Division 20) – $1,727 to provide solar projected used by autistic children in Multi Sensory Project at elementary school.
